Registration Requirements

• Registrants must provide accurate and complete contact information
• All domains are registered on a first-come, first-served basis
• Premium domains may have special pricing and requirements
• Minimum registration period is 1 year, maximum is 10 years

Domain Ownership

• The registrant listed in WHOIS is the legal owner of the domain
• Domains cannot be registered for illegal purposes
• Trademark violations will result in immediate suspension
• We reserve the right to refuse registration at our discretion

Prohibited Activities

Domains registered through Unregistrar may not be used for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Phishing, malware, or fraudulent schemes
• Spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Adult content involving minors
• Hate speech or incitement to violence
• Distribution of viruses or malicious code

Content Guidelines

• All content must comply with applicable laws
• Respect intellectual property rights
• No impersonation of individuals or organizations
• Maintain accurate WHOIS information at all times

Domain Disputes

We follow a fair and transparent process for resolving domain disputes:

• All disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
• We follow UDRP-like procedures for trademark disputes
• Response time is typically 5-7 business days
• Decisions are binding and final

Trademark Claims

• Valid trademark holders can file claims against infringing domains
• Evidence of trademark registration must be provided
• Bad faith registration will result in domain forfeiture
• Appeals must be filed within 30 days of decision

Refund Eligibility

• New registrations: Full refund within 5 days if domain hasn't been used
• Renewals: No refunds after renewal is processed
• Premium domains: Subject to special terms at time of purchase
• Add-on services: Prorated refunds for unused periods

Refund Process

• Submit refund request through support portal
• Include domain name and reason for refund
• Processing time: 5-10 business days
• Refunds issued to original payment method

Reasons for Suspension

• Violation of Acceptable Use Policy
• Non-payment of registration fees
• Invalid or fraudulent registration information
• Court order or legal requirement
• Security threat to our infrastructure

Suspension Process

• Warning notice sent to registered email (when possible)
• 24-hour grace period for minor violations
• Immediate suspension for severe violations
• Appeal process available within 30 days

Reinstatement

• Correct the violation within specified timeframe
• Pay any outstanding fees or penalties
• Provide assurance of future compliance
• Reinstatement at our sole discretion

Data Protection

• We comply with GDPR and other data protection regulations
• Personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy
• WHOIS data may be redacted for privacy protection
• Law enforcement requests handled per legal requirements

Jurisdiction

• These policies are governed by United States law
• Disputes resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction
• International domains subject to local regulations
• We cooperate with legitimate legal processes

Policy Updates

• Policies may be updated with 30 days notice
• Material changes communicated via email
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates
• Previous versions available upon request
